Are you in the business of customer experiences?

Are you continuously re-thinking, re-shaping the definition of what business you are in?  Are you always looking to combine your current offerings with new components as a way to be market-driving? These are both exciting and important questions to ponder at year end.

If you are able to shift your focus to providing new customer experiences, rather than merely products or services, you can greatly broaden your strategic possibilities and your customer relevance. Take for example the idea of combining two simple, previously separate, pastime activities: Creating art and sharing a libation.
