I am pleased to share my first article published by Harvard Business Review – the world’s preeminent business publication.
In my article I of course focus on one of the central Slingshot themes – that of the unwavering need and gross neglect of addressing what most frustrates customers. To illustrate this point in a fun and memorable way, I use the story of the Trabant, the most famous car of the Communist era, which was fully bereft of customer-friendly features.
